Founded in 2001, Red Rocks Resources LLC has been a privately held oil and gas company based in Oklahoma City.
Red Rocks has actively acquired and developed oil and gas properties primarily in the SCOOP, and is proudly the primary active driller of conventional wells in the Golden Trend. Since 2024, Red Rocks has acquired a prime acreage footprint in the eastern San Juan Basin developing unconventional Mancos Shale gas wells.

Red Rocks Resources LLC was founded in 2001 to engage in the investigation, acquisition, and development of crude oil and natural gas properties in the SCOOP play of Central Oklahoma. Red Rocks drills both conventional and unconventional development wells, and currently operates more than 225 wells in the Golden Trend.

Our Operations
For the last decade, Red Rocks has operated in the Golden Trend in Central Oklahoma. The Golden Trend is located in Garvin, Grady, and McClain counties. It is a highly faulted, geologically complex region with over 20 proven reservoirs, which makes it an exciting field to develop.
